The (not so secret) Recipe
(for the Stampede Caravan's Famous Flapjack
breakfast)

Serving 40,000....

Equipment required
|
50 Hot Stoves
20 Ten Gallon Buckets
25 New Fangled Pancake Dispensers
50 Flapjack flippers
(spatulas)
25 Tongs (to handle sausage)
50 Bottles of propane plus enough propane
6 Stirring Devices for the batter
60 (clean) aprons
120 volunteers who can take direction.
....and
a change of clothes to get you home...or to the nearest "watering hole". |

Ingredients

2 tons (yes tons) of Caravan special
blend Pancake mix
960 Gallons of clean water |

Preparations
|
1. take 1/3 pail water and add 1/3
pail of batter
2. Add slowly while stirring.
3. Mix until moderately lumpy "just right"
4. Pour 5" blobs onto medium hot grill
5. When bubbles are even and starting to burst flip!
6. When they're done they're done! |
Serve with 80,000 sausages (about 4.179 tons), juice, a
smile
and fresh coffee.
